Netflix has shown that Season 2 will be here at any moment. Although Netflix stopped productions on multiple jobs, Umbrella Academy, fortunately, escaped such a delay since filming for Season two has already been completed by November 2019. Only post-production work is left.
Justin Min, who performs the superhero sibling, Ben Hargreeves recently took to demonstrate the hilarious ways in which the crew was managing post-production work. An Instagram post of the actor reveals selfies of him doing ADR inside his closet as his caption thanks to the superb sound team.
Netflix has put the release date for July 31, 2020.

In the Season 1 finale, we saw the superhero dinosaurs time traveling back to the past to prevent the apocalypse. In Season 2, the Hargreeves siblings have landed in the past efficiently and are now scattered from the 1960s in Dallas, Texas.
The number has to do his very best to reunite his siblings again to end the apocalypse and return to the time being chased down with a trio of Swedish assassins and still finds himself in the middle of another apocalypse.
Once the journey to the last, a few first-look images which show the characters have already been released, although there is no trailer yet.
