While testing Yamaha WR 155R, the bike is in pure stock with no modifications. Locked over a 1000 km on the odometer. During testing, the bike reaches up to 151 km/h, on its dyno speed. The results can see on the fully-digital instrument cluster.
Yamaha WR 155R firstly took the time to climb on the 5th gear with a speed of 132 km/h. Whereas, in 6th gear, it took 151 km/h to reach the top. The result is for sure commendable in itself. As we all now Yamaha is known for its high-quality engines irrespective of the displacement.
While speaking of single-cylinder of WR 155R powerplant comes with a VVA (Variable Valve Actuation). The bike has a terrific performance throughout the rev-range. The features followed by 16.7 PS of max power at 10,000 rpm. With 14.3 Nm generated at 6,500 pm. The engine also paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
