The third body style of the most iconic vehicle, Porsche 911, has been confirmed by the company. And will be soon in the markets by August this year. Targa 992 4 and Targa 992 4S have been a popular sports convertible variants of the Porsche.
The Targa 992 4 and Targa 992 4S have the same rear window wrap around that takes about 19 seconds to open and close comfortably. Screwed with a 3-liter boxer flat-six, which, in the Targa 4, produces 380bhp – up 15bhp – and 450Nm (332lb ft) of torque. The vehicle sprints from 0-100 km/hr in 4.2 seconds and tops 289 km/hr of max speed.
While Targa 992 4S launches 0-100 km/hr in 3.6 seconds, which is powered by flat-six punching 444bhp and 530Nm (390lb ft), an improvement of 30bhp and 30Nm (22lb ft). Which also tops the max speed of 304 km/hr. And both the new launches will be shifting an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
