We shall see what Hyundai’s luxury division, Genesis, is up to. It looks up to upgrade its model line-up, and redesign the flagship G90 sedan. At present, G90 is now one of the highest-ranking luxury cars. And we expect it to be able to capture the throne position with the new upcoming model. As of us, we consider it in our luxury large car class. But, the new model is going against the flagship of ultra-luxury models, like Mercedes S-Class, Audi A8, Lexus LS, and BMW X7. And it is time for a new fresh model, that genesis gave in the new G90 significant redesigning.
Talking about the specs for the new one, it features the same engine as the 2019 model. The driver can choose between 3.3 liters of twin-turbo V6. And it gives 365 horsepower. The other is 5 l V8, producing 420 horsepower. The 2020 G90 gets an EP fuel economy of 17 mpg in the city and 25 on the highways for its V6 engine. .the V8 gets a slightly lesser figure of 16 and 14, city and highway respectively. And both these models, the older and newer, shines out with one thing, the interiors. The driver seat changes for 20 types, passengers 16. There are also noise cancellation technologies for the serene cabin. And it comes with state of the art driving assistance and safety measures and techniques. They’re also great to alert systems, even for opening doors in the way of another car.
