Robert Rodrigues’ 2019 film Alita Battle Angel was instantly popular with sci-fi lovers. The movie is based on the famous manga by Yukito Kishiro known as Gunnm. Because this success lovers are eagerly waiting for a sequel. Here’s what we know:
In 2536, a new world order has come into existence after a war referred to as’The Fall’. A scientist called Dr. Dryson Ido finds a broken female cyborg with an undamaged mind and decides to put it all together. After being resurrected, Alita must solve the mystery of her life. She befriends an individual named Hugo and sets on a trip against her father’s wishes. She becomes a hunter warrior and winner at the sport of Motorball.
Release Date
Alita: Battle Angel 2 is confirmed nonetheless, the official release date has not yet been announced. Fans of the movie are waiting for the sequel. But just as with other series and films, this one could be impacted by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Cast
Rosa Salzar will be once again reprising the use of Alita. Christoph Waltz, who played Dr. Ido, has shown interest in the sequel. Most of all, we can expect Edward Norton to reunite as Nova.
Plot

The movie is very close to the 1993 manga by precisely the same name. Plus it’s embraced two volumes of the manga. Both the volumes wind up on a similar plot conquer with Hugo dying at the end of both volumes. So if the sequel goes ahead, we can expect the following:
