Audi has rolled out the RS7 Sportback for the Indian roads. Upon launch, the luxury sport sedan will compete against Mercedes-AMG E 63 S and the BMW M5. The Audi RS7 Sportback will cost around Rs 1.94 crore in India.
Engine and Performance
The Audi RS 7 Sportback packs a fiery 4.0L twin-turbocharged TFSI V8 engine, which punches 591 hp and 590 lb-ft of max torque. This punch engine launches the Audi Sportback from standstill to 60 mph taco mark in just 3.5 seconds. The sedan equips the Audi’s advanced Quattro all-wheel-drive with Quattro sport rear differential for better handling performance. It features five modes for the driver to choose, including the RS modes for track-like performance.
Exterior design
The Audi RS7 Sportback is a sporty and aggressive looking sedan. The additional girth of the wide-body fenders gives the Audi RS 7 Car an imposing, athletic presence. The smoothly-sloping Sportback Car design leads the eyes towards motorsport-inspired detailing and RS-style oval exhaust tailpipes. The front fascia features HD-matrix design headlights with Audi laser light, that animate instantly when the ignition is switched. The rear sports a sleek-line rear taillamps. The sport sedan rolls on with pure style on 21″ 10-V-spoke star design, silver, cast-aluminum wheels.
Interior and infotainment features
The new Audi RS7 Sportback can fit in 5-passengers in its ultra-luxurious cabin. The seating is wrapped with Valcona leather honeycomb contrast stitching. The RS Front Sports seats come as optional and add sportiness to the interior with red contrast stitching.
The infotainment list begins with MMI touch response with dual center displays (10.1″ upper and 8.6″ lower) and haptic feedback, which features navigation system controlled with voice commands and smartphone connectivity using Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Audi virtual cockpit consists of a 12.3-inch LCD digital instrument cluster. The RS7 Sportback counts for the best entertainment by Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System with 16 speakers, a 15-channel amplifier, and 705 watts. A four-zone automatic control system and Panoramic sunroof with power blackout sunshades include the cabin’s comfort features.
Other than the above, the Audi RS7 Sportback equips standard features like Cruise Control, Audi drive select, Top view camera system, parking system, and various additional packages adds loads of paid features to the luxury sport sedan.
