BMW 3 Series Preview
The BMW 330i is powered by a 1998 cc four-cylinder petrol engine that is tuned to churn out a maximum of 255 bhp at 5000 rpm and develops a torque of 400 Nm between 1550 – 4400 rpm. 1995 cc oil burner that’s tuned to churn out 188 bhp at 4000 rpm, powers BMW 320d, the diesel option, on the other hand, and develops a peak torque of 400 Nm between 1,750 – 2,500 rpm. Both the motors come mated to Steptronic Sport Automatic transmission.
The 2019 BMW 3 Series takes inspiration in the new 8 Series sporting the kidney grilles, LED headlamps with running lights, while BMW will offer laser lights. It is made by BMW Hofmeister kink design cue around the 3 but is now part of the C-pillar rather than the door. Another interesting feature is self-levelling hub caps on the wheels. In the back, the car becomes new wraparound taillights like the 5 Series that add to a wider appearance on the automobile. The 330i comes with a set of wheels, while the BMW 320d is equipped with 17-inch light-alloy wheels.
In terms of dimensions, the BMW 3 series is 76 mm more than its predecessor in 4,709 mm,16 mm wider at 1,827 mm, and only 1 mm taller at 1,442 mm. The car also comes with a wheelbase of 2,851 mm. The car proceeds to get a driver-oriented setup with 50:50 weight distribution and the suspension spring rates have grown by 20 per cent for a more feedback-rich handling experience
