The company to launch the first-ever SUV in its entire line-up. Yes, the Ferrari launches it’s new SUV the Ferrari is not bothered about coming in late to the super-luxury SUV segment because when it does, the Purosangue “will be the best in the segment”.
SUV is coming closer to production. According to the news sources we got to know that the SUV will debut in 2021, as the model has been spotted in rumors which keeping us excited about what’s yet to come from the company.
Now take a look at the exteriors of the model it is reported that it is an adapted version of a modular equipped with multi-material in its chassis.
It is reported that the purosangue will be featuring a front-mounted engine.
The officials explained that the model is a four-wheel-drive-capable and is compatible with V6, V8 and V12 engines. Reports also point that plug-in power will be seen in the model when it does arrive by early next decade.
The report further quoted that Ferrari’s CMO also hinted confirmations regarding the upcoming project from the company, for which a specialized team is working on the next hypercar will be launched in 2022.
The official further added that the power output will be at the SF-90 plug-in hybrid’s 986 bhp.
Also, to beat the major rival i.e. Aston Martin Valkyrie, the team will emphasis major areas like lightness, controllability, and aerodynamics of the hypercar which is still in the R&D phase.
Coming to the specification we got to know from the sources, Ferrari has three engines to choose from – a V12 engine, a 3.8L twin-turbocharged V8 engine, and a newly developed 2.9L twin-turbocharged V6 hybrid engine, which will be making the model the best in its class performance champion.
With this model Ferrari aims to target it’s major rival Lamborghini URUS. Both the companies share positive competitions from each other to reign supremacy over each other.
