Hilda is a British-Canadian animated web television series which is based on the graphic novel series of the same name by Luke Pearson.
Bella Ramsey as Hilda, an adventurous young Sparrow Scout who loves to explore the unknown lands with her pet deer fox Twig. It was first premiered on 21st September 2018, with season 1 consisting 13 episodes
Silvergate Media and Mercury Filmworks produce it, the series follows the adventures of fearless Hilda, a blue-haired girl who, along with her deer fox Twig, travels to the city of Trolberg, she travels from her magical home in the wilderness, filled with elves and giants, to the bustling city of Trolberg. Here, she makes new friends and discovers mysterious creatures who are stranger – and sometimes more dangerous – than she ever expected. This journey of adventure and fearlessness is a delight to watch.
The series has received acclaim from critics and fans, for its writing, characters, animation, and vocal performances. Season 1 was released in 2018 with 13 episode and now Netflix has renewed the season 2.
