Know Facts Is Nissan GT-R Available in India?

The Nissan GT-R is a high-performance sports car produced by Nissan, which was unveiled in 2007. It is the successor to the Skyline GT-R, although no longer part of the Skyline range, that name is now being used for Nissan’s luxury-sport market.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

    • Loads of modifications available
    • One of the fastest cars you can buy
    • Surprising handling balance despite the weight

Cons:

  • Average interior fit and finish
  • Not as efficient as rivals
  • Refinement could have been better

Engine:

Nissan challenged convention at every point of the Nissan GT-R’s development. Instead of a large, massive engine thirsty for fuel, the Nissan GT-R is powered by an ideally sized, twin-turbocharged 3.8-L V6 that produces an even more powerful 570 ps and equally immense 637 nm of torque, the result of individual ignition-timing control of the cylinders and extra boost from the turbochargers.

An engine designed to answer the demands of a supercar for the 21st century, the VR38 is high-performance, while still fuel-efficient and conscious of the environment.

Regardless of the setup, all GT-Rs sprint up to speed with an otherworldly vigor. Zero to 60 mph takes about three seconds.

The GT-R’s standard all-wheel-drive system helps the car maintain traction around turns, and a firm suspension keeps it very stable. Braking performance is also excellent, especially with the optional carbon-ceramic brakes.

Interior:

The 2020 Nissan GT-R has a handsome interior with user-friendly tech features and generous front-seat space. The small rear seats are best used as cargo space.

The Nissan GT-R has four seats. Partial leather upholstery and heated front seats are standard. Full leather upholstery and racing-inspired Recaro sport seats are available.

The front seats are spacious enough for taller occupants, and hip-hugging bolsters provide excellent support and decent comfort for long road trips. The rear seats, on the other hand, are cramped even for children. These back seats are best used for small-item storage.

The 2020 Nissan GT-R comes standard with an 8-inch touch screen, Apple CarPlay, navigation, two USB ports, Bluetooth, an 11-speaker Bose stereo, HD Radio, and satellite radio. Proximity keyless entry, push-button start, dual-zone automatic climate control, a rearview camera, and front and rear parking sensors are also standard. The GT-R has 8.8 cubic feet of trunk space.

The 2020 Nissan GT-R is a beautiful luxury sports car. The GT-R packs a powerful twin-turbo engine and a high-tech all-wheel-drive system. Its front seats are roomy and supportive, and the suspension yields a firm but comfortable ride for everyday driving.
