It has a longer wheelbase of 2,590 mm, which is longer than the Mahindra Thar. Maruti Jimny is a 5 door SUV.
Coming to the engine, the Jimny is powered by a 1.5-liter K15B petrol engine that produces 103 Bhp of maximum power and 134 Nm of peak torque. The machine has the option of a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic gearbox. In addition, the company is offering a 4X4 drive system as standard in all variants of this SUV.
The new Maruti Jimny gets a 9-inch infotainment system screen. Connectivity between Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is available in its infotainment system. The company offers the Jimny SUV in a wide range of color options. It can be bought in 5 solid color options and two dual-tone options (with a bluish-black roof). In addition, the new Jimny has been introduced with six airbags as a standard safety feature.
