Messiah is an American thriller web television series created by Michael Petroni. The first season consists of ten episodes, which were released on Netflix on January 1, 2020. The series stars Mehdi Dehbi, Tomer Sisley, Michelle Monaghan, John Ortiz, Melinda Page Hamilton, Stefania LaVie Owen, Jane Adams, Sayyid El Alami, Fares Landoulsi, and Wil Travel. On March 26, 2020, Netflix canceled the series after one season. The series got a rating of 7.7/10 from IMDb and 44% from Rotten Tomatoes.

Messiah season 2 Plot
Season 2 will be in continuation of the previous season. In the upcoming season, we will dive deeper into the mystery behind Al – Masih’s power. Some of the details about his true identity will, too, be revealed in Season 2. Also, it will be interesting to watch whether Al – Masih will use his devotees for good or for evil. In Season 2, we can witness a spur in the growth of the popularity of Massiha’s popularity. In addition to that, we can also see a growth in the number of his devotees.
Messiah Season 2 Release Date
Soon after the release of the first season in January 2020. But on 26th March 2020, Netflix canceled the series. To date, we have not received any intimation from the makers about the show. So, for now, the show, unfortunately, remains canceled.
