BBC drama Peaky Blinders continues to be starring audiences since 2013. With a sixth season to filming imminently returning, lovers of the gang-inspired series will probably be desperate to understand what lies ahead for their favorite characters. In a recent Q&A, season five, and six directors, Anthony gave some enormous hints to lovers about how would seem when the forthcoming season returns – like divulging how long it would be before Tommy Shelby’s (played by Cillian Murphy) fate was confirmed.
This past year, audiences watched lead character Tommy Shelby opting to take his life.
After his plan to assassinate rival Oswald Mosley (Sam Claflin) was foiled, Tommy was left humiliated and was left unable to cope with the fallout.
He was seen comforted with a yet another fantasy of the late-wife Grace Shelby (Annabelle Wallis), who urged him to join.
The final few moments of season five observed Tommy running through a misty field with an illusion of Grace, before seeming to choose a dreadful fate.
