Release Date
NBC confirmed the Blacklist Season in February this year, even before the launch of its seventh season. Lisa Katz said in her interview that all of the cast and crew members were amazing within the series and are delighted to keep Red and also Liz’s travel for the season ahead.
Although there is no confirmed date for the release, we expect production to begin soon, possibly this year. If creation begins in late 2020, we anticipate another time to drop by 2021. But only if the continuing pandemic doesn’t suspend the filming.
Cast
In season 8 major lead will reunite. James Spader and Megan Boone will reprise their role as Raymond Reddington and Elizabeth Keen. Along with them, Diego Klattenhoff as Donald, Harry Lennix as Harold, Amir Arison as Aram, and Hisham Tawfiq as Dembe Zuma will look.
The yield of Brian Dennehy as Dominic Wilkinson will not occur as the actor died this season in April. Thus, we expect a new face for the Wilkinson role. Fresh faces are expected to make an appearance, but their names are unknown, however.
Plot
We anticipate season 8 to have 19 episodes. The next installment will move on out of its last installment. We will witness the most recent twist which comes together with Liz and with the question of if Raymond learns about Katarina Rostova or not. We know that Katrina is not what she is claiming, but we have to wait for season 8 to understand her truth.
