Developed and published by Nintendo, Splatoon is a third-person shooter video game franchise. The very first game of this series premiered in May 2015. Followed by Splatoon 2 in July 2015. And immediately, it became a favorite video game for several players. It sold over 15 million copies, and not only was it commercially successful but it has received praise for its brilliant gameplay mechanics and superb visuals and soundtrack.
Splatoon 2 was the first game in the series to get a story style, and speculations were sparked that more content is feasible for another episode. And due to the astonishing achievement of Splatoon 2. There is no reason to think that Nintendo won’t release Splatoon 3.
Release Date
There has not been any official announcement from Nintendo. Concerning the storyline and plot, no official notification has been out from the team. But if we go by the fan theories, the third element can be expected to exhibit story mode having various multiplayer components.
The previous throw Marie, Pearl, Marina, and Callie are expected to come back.
Gameplay
