Maruti will launch its Grand Vitara with two engine options. Of which the first engine will be a 1.5-liter mild hybrid while the second engine developed in collaboration with Toyota will have a 1.5-liter strong hybrid capacity. The strong hybrid engine will be capable of producing 115 PS of maximum power and will only be mated to the e-CVT automatic transmission. At the same time, the 1.5-liter mild hybrid engine has the ability to generate 100 PS of power and 135 Nm of torque.
Tata Tiago EV
Indian car company Tata is also preparing to launch a new EV on September 28. The company will launch the electric version of the Tiago in India, which will be the third EV from Tata. It is estimated that its price can be around Rs 10 lakh and if this happens then it will definitely be the cheapest EV in the country.
According to the information given on social media, the Tiago EV will also get cruise control, one pedal charge-up, and sports mode.
