Cobra Kai is set after 34 years after the first Karate Kid movie and re-examines the narrative by Johnny Lawrence’s point of view. His choice to restart the Cobra Kai dojo contributes with Daniel LaRusso to the rekindling of his old rivalry.

Netflix has purchased the rights for the season 1 and season 2 of Cobra Kai which were initially on Youtube Premium, and the next season, that is season 3 of this string will be streamed on Netflix.
