Electric vehicle manufacturer Komaki is going to launch its Ranger electric cruiser in India this week. Information about the Ranger electric bike was officially shared a few days ago, in which information about its design details was received. The Komaki Ranger e-cruiser will be India’s first battery-powered e-cruiser bike. It will have a 4 kWh battery pack, which is claimed to be one of the largest battery packs offered in an electric two-wheeler in India.
Range
The company claims that it’s the new electric bike will give a full charge range of over 200 km in a single charge cycle. However, the company will have to go through a test review to prove its claim. Apart from this, this cruiser electric bike will have features like cruise control, repair switch, reverse switch, Bluetooth and an advanced braking system.
Komaki will announce the price of this electric cruiser bike a few days from now. Although the company is promising that the price of this cruiser bike will be below. Gunjan Malhotra, Director, Komaki Electric Division, said, “There are some things that need to be finalized but we have decided to keep the price affordable. We want everyone, especially the common man, to feel happy driving an India-made Classy Cruiser.
Price
However, the price of the motorcycle could be between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom). Apart from this, Komaki also offers many other electric scooters and bikes whose ex-showroom price can be around 30,000 to 1 lakh.
