What Is Overlord?
Based on the Japanese book by Kugane Maruyama, Overlord debuted on Tokyo MX on July 7, 2015. Overlord revolves around a young man trapped in a video game as a warrior king. The dark fantasy show follows his journey as he sets out to make this new world his empire. The anime T.V series adapted by Madhouse has gone on to broadcast for 3 seasons, each consisting of 13 events.
Since its release, the dark anime has been one of the most obvious displays on Netflix. Produced by Madhouse, the first season includes the first 3 volumes of this novel. As a result of its increasing popularity, the series was renewed for 2 more seasons. The show was a smash hit. And we have learned that Netflix has renewed the show for a 4th successive Season.
When Will Season 4 Release?
The series’ fans are currently expecting for the new season to be released in 2020. However, the creation of the new season has been paused as of today. In the aftermath of the chaos brought on by the pandemic, the show is likely to come back in 2021 rather than 2020.
Overlord Season 4: Plot
The 3 seasons have concluded a total of 9 volumes of this light novel–each season composed of three volumes respectively. Overlord is an anime that is set in the world of an online role-playing game (RPG) known as Yggdrasil from the year 2106.
The season is very likely to continue the novel. It will consist of quantity 12 of the book or up to volume 11. Ainz will attempt to select swashbucklers in this season. But difficulties are on the way. Ainz, the protagonist of the series, will be shown in the mode of a supervillain with tremendous power.
Along with this, the new season will introduce fandoms that are extra and new characters to fuel the delight up. Nazarick’s Great Tomb was seen at the end of season 3. When it comes to thrills, activities, and experiences, undoubtedly, the fourth season will soon behold back nothing.
