Rolls Royce Cullinan now has 1:8 scale model for showpiece.

Rolls Royce Cullinan 1:8 scale model

The marque is now offering a 1:8 scale model of its first SUV, the Rolls Royce Cullinan, and it’s so perfect you might need to have a second look to realize it’s not an actual car. A pair of gloved human hands will also do the trick. This hand made piece of showcase is perfection. It is the exact scale model of a Cullinan. Everything is legit from the engine to the stitched interior leather seats.

Every miniature Cullinan measures 26 inches (66 cm) in length, 10 inches (25.4 cm) in width, and 9 inches (22.8 cm) in height. And comes inside a display case that’s nearly 40 inches (101 cm) long. The display case has a Perspex window that can be removed for better viewing.

The base colors of the model available are Tungsten or Artic white, but you can choose out of 40,000 available color options in the bespoke version, to match the one in front of your driveway. There are more than 1000 individual scale parts, the 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine, and the stitched upholstery is all hand made. One of such scale model takes more than 450 hours to make. A real Cullinan takes just double this time to be road-ready.

“This scale replica brings a new dimension to Cullinan’s Effortless, Everywhere philosophy. Our super-luxury SUV is now as perfectly at ease in the serene surroundings of its owner’s residence as it is in the most challenging and hostile terrain on Earth,” Rolls-Royce boss Torsten Müller-Ötvös says.

“It demonstrates, and reminds us as a company, that Inspiring Greatness applies at every scale. It is not just about the big things: we seek and achieve greatness in everything we do, down to the smallest item and minutest detail,” Müller-Ötvö, CEO of Rolls Royce adds.

The model will be available at a base price of $17,000 and it gets higher according to your budget.
