Automakers also avail of an opportunity to unveil their new products and concepts.Â
Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) is the organizing body of the auto expo, and this time we are expecting over 60 launches or unveils at the Auto Expo 2020 which starts on February 5, 2020, and will continue till February 12, 2020, which will be held at Indian Expo Mart, Greater Noida.Â
However, SIAM has decided to optimize and improve the sales after the Auto Expo with the number launches going up.Â
According to the study by a leading survey reveals that 26 percent of the visitors carry the impression of the Expo which influences their buying. In the previous years, despite participation from the auto brands have gone down this year, SIAM is not expecting any less big a show.Â
We are expecting several regular automakers like Nissan, Jeep, Audi, BMW, Bajaj Auto, Hero Moto Corp, and Harley Davidson are the technical giants to showcase their talents and hard work in front of the world.Â
Until the previous year when Kia and MG Motor that also showed up, many other brands like The Great Wall and Olectra have are supposed to be joining this year. Infact, a large number of Chinese companies are reported to participate in the auto expo this year.
As per the news from sources we got to know that SIAM has confirmed that all companies with large market shares like Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Mahindra and Tata Motors are participating, which is good news for the event.Â
It is largely believed that the Auto Expo will be completely focused on Electric Vehicles and the major companies will showcase their EV models to the Indian customers. It is also reported that all models on display at the Auto Expo 2020 will be BS6 compliant and will also meet the upcoming safety standards, news confirmed by SIAM.
