Hulu and MGM announced in September 2019 that movie series is under development, which is based on the 2019 novel”The Testaments” from the same writer Margaret Atwood.

Everybody is excited and looking forward to watching a second year on the streaming stage. Considering the success and this enthusiasm, Hulu renewed the series. Due to the Coronavirus Outbreak, the creation of the following year is currently facing manufacturing problems.
