This weekend, Vettel collided and spun, after contact with Carlos Sainz. And this leads to speaking the Ferrari SF 1000 as undrivable. He is pleased to face the wrong end only once and get a declaration as 10th in the season opener itself. He qualifies a disappointment of 11th position. But in the early time, he took over the man set to replace him next year, Sainz. But then on turn three, he got a locked-up wheel, thus making him face the incoming traffic all once.
He describes it to be good for him. And the moments after the races were tight. He doesn’t remember the incidents clearly but reckons mostly it to be Carlos or one from McLaren. He turns in, and Vettel was on edge. He was hoping to get as close as possible and then lost the rear. And then, he went to say that he lost the rear many times that day. But one relief, that it took the spin only once.
Also, it was dramatic, to find one teammate struggling in the latter half, while one shocked the whole race. Yes, Charles Leclerc took it well in way. Vettel also presses to look into the car as it was hard at that time. And it was the first time 10th positions in 241 grand Prix. It is a milestone, though not the one Vettel will celebrate.
