vikings season 6: Floki’s settlement doesn’t turn out the way he hoped

On the hit show Vikings, the folks of Kattegat have been wondering Floki’s (Gustaf Skarsgård) whereabouts because he left against the settlers to begin a fresh life in Iceland. He arrived back after finding a new land he said was a location the gods occupied. Together with different folks from Kattegat, Floki put off to come across the property again which could become Iceland, they perform, but things do not go as intended.

Floki’s settlement doesn’t turn out the way he hoped

Floki gets the utmost faith in the settlement is Asgard. In this”land of the gods,” he fights to find balance with all the people he attracted there. Factions that wind up killing each other are established by the settlers. It is too much for Floki to bargain with if the payoff fails in his eyes.

Floki speaks to Kjetill Flatnose (Adam Copeland) and informs him he is performed with everybody. He states he will not kill him if he had been the guy he would.

Eyvind (Kris Holden-Ried), yet another guy with a household at the settlement, and Kjetill’s household begin a blood feud that Floki can no longer endure to watch drama out. Kjetill finally kills Eyvind along with his loved ones, which are the last tipping point. Much Aud (Leah McNamara), Kjetill’s daughter kills himself when she can not deal with the out of control blood feud involving her loved ones and another.

Kjetill yields to Kattegat and Bjorn is suspicious
Kjetill yields to Kattegat in Floki’s ship, making Ubbe (Jordan Patrick Smith) and his brother Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) suspicious. Kjetill informs Ubbe that Floki simply left and up to no reason and they have not seen him. He states they hunted for him and discovered no indication of Floki.

When Bjorn can talk with Kjetill, he needs to know what happened with Floki in Iceland. “I want the whole story,” Bjorn needs to understand. “The truth.”

“You know most of it already,” Kjetill claims. He recounts the very fact they had no meals and times were tough. He says the very first harvest failed and an”evil man called Eyvind” blamed Floki for all. He informs Bjorn this other family murdered daughter and his son. “In the end, I killed Eyvind and all of his family,” Kjetill admits. “After all, I am a Viking. It was a matter of honor.”

Why Bjorn believes Kjetill could have murdered Floki

Bjorn admits that Floki is a dreamer and he’d have been upset his fantasy failed, particularly. “Surely someone killed him and hid the body,” Bjorn states. “Perhaps you killed him Kjetill. Perhaps there was a confrontation and you struck him.”

Bjorn has understood Floki for his whole life and he does not think Floki would simply up and leave like this. Why would not he return home to Kattegat and into the sons of Ragnar? In Bjorn’s head, someone needs to have killed him and it is doubtful that Kjetill would appear in Floki’s ship with this narrative. And of course, he admits to murdering this household that is other so he capable of it.

“You better pray to the gods that one-day Floki returns to verify your story. Because up until that day, a man capable of slaughtering an entire family, will to me forever stand accused of his murder,” Bjorn informs him.

What occurred to Floki?

Fans will recall what occurred to Floki remains clouded in mystery. He walks away in the settlement and finds a cave he considers to be the gate of Helheim. He travels deeper into the cave to find across that’s been carved within the cavern. He starts to shout and laugh at precisely the same moment and’s completely dumb-founded. It seems Floki is within the body of a volcano that erupts, burying him. Fans have not heard from Floki since also it is uncertain if he left it out alive or expired.

Bjorn Ironside has his suspicions about what happened to Floki. Hopefully 1 day we learn the facts.
