The vehicle has got the code name of Type 130 as there are assumptions of 130 units being produced by Lotus.
The car is to be produced at Hethel, Norfolk, England, and Russell Carr has designed the vehicle. The beast is an s class sports car and has a two-door body type with an individual wheel drive type layout. The door has been designed as scissors.
The car is powered by four of the electric motors, each powering one of the four wheels placed. The transmission is a four single-speed planetary. The battery used here is 70 kWh lithium-ion battery, and the electric range of the vehicle is 400 km or say 250 mi.
The dimensions of the Lotus Evija is a comfortable one with a length of 4459 mm, a width of 2000 mm and a height of 1122 mm. The kerb weight of it is 1680 kg, which is perfect for itself. The name is somewhat it looks life, yes, it’s total a lively game to see.
The Evija is powered by a 70 kWh battery from the Williams Advanced Engineering. These four motor engines give a combined output of 1470 kW of power and a torque of 1700 N-m. The new Evija is equipped with magnesium wheels of 20 and 21 diameters, and the company used the Pirelli Trofeo R tires and AP racing carbon-ceramic disc brakes for better handling.
The company has been heard to claim a great deal of performance of 0 to 100 km/hrs in just 3 seconds and 0 to 299 km/hrs in 9 seconds, which are spectacular for the records. The top speed has been claimed to be 320 km/hrs. They say it breathes the air it passes through, high words of praise for the roadster.
