We are just two weeks away from the first Grand Prix of this 2020 season. And as the season is a delayed one, we expect excitement all over and so are the results. All the teams and participants are excited to get back to work and business and drive to their first race of the season. Last week, we got to know about Lewis Hamilton and Valterri Bottas coming to the tracks back. And each with a day performing tests and preparing with 2018 Mercedes. This week, it was Esteban Ocon and Danial Riccardo driving in the Renault R.S. 18 at the Red Bull Ring. Along with them, we hear Stroll behind wheels of Racing Point RP20 at the National Circuit layout at Silverstone this Wednesday.
Today, we find McLaren’s turn to get back into action. Both Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz are on the tracks at Silverstone for some track performance. And they want some speed and activity before the Austrian Grand Prix. Due to testing restrictions, there are going to be no 2020 private test cars- except two 100kms filming days each. SO, some, McLaren being one such – finds their drivers in F3 cars, unlike Mercedes and Renaults with previous specs. Norris is relieved with the preparations. He says even a lower version shall aid him in the revised season. He also came up with prior actions before with F3 cars. They want to have the feeling of G Force back on the body. The muscle memory is very much needed. And they enjoy it as well.
