The action/adventure film made a smash on screens. The movie also got accolades and appreciated by critics equally. The sixth film from DCEU, Aquaman is currently placing a comeback for Jason Momoa as Arthur/Aquaman.
Directed by James Wan the movie would produce by Peter Safran and him. Story by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick the film sets in an adventure/fantasy genre.
Aquaman 2 Storyline
In the prequel, the story revolves around Arthur, an Atlantian & half-human. The story is about the journey which leads him as the King of Atlantis.
Maine lighthouse keeper Tom curry falls in love with all Atlanna (the queen of Atlantis a submerged kingdom). They start a family life with their son, Arthur. However, because she captured from her daddy by the men Atlanna compelled to leave her family. With a breed kid, This contributes to Atlanna’s execution.
Orm Marius, half- brother of Arthur hates him for the destiny of the mother. As he learned the execution of his mother, young Arthur leaves to the surface. Then, a team that ends at the death of Jesse Kane, the leader of the team is confronted by him. This, in turn, created an enemy David Kane/Black Manta.
The narrative develops by Arthur challenges Orm for a duel in which Orm puts Arthur at risk. However, Mera the daughter of King Nereus of Xebel (a tribe of Atlanta Kingdom) saves him.
In the way of escape, they fall into a wormhole that leads them to an uncharted sea. There the two reunite with Atlanna who began life and escaped afterward. As returning with Atlanna, Arthur needed to battle against Orm, which contributes to Orm’s passing. The movie ends with Arthur becomes the King of Atlanta by retrieving the trident.
The tail-end scene shows David (Black Manta) being rescued by a scientist Dr. Stephen Shin who obsessed with Atlanta. We can expect Black Manta in Aquaman 2’s comeback. Besides, there will be many more villains to combine Black Manta.
Cast
As Amber and Arthur Heard as Mera, it would be a delight for lovers, Jason Momoa yields. Additionally, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (David Kane/Black Manta), Randall Park (Dr. Stephen Shin) will return. There is not an announcement of the cast yet. We should look at it.
