Big News – Airbags On Both Front Car Seats Mandotary From April 1, 2021, Now Car Will be Safer Than Before !!!

The central government has made Airbags Mandatory for both front seats of vehicles. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways said that government notification has been issued to make the airbags necessary. The ministry has said that a notification has been issued regarding mandatory airbags for the passenger sitting in front of the driver’s seat in the vehicles. This is an important security measure. Explain that the Committee on Road Safety of the Supreme Court had suggested this.

These rules are applicable for air cars for old cars

The Ministry stated that on the first day of April 2021, or after the new vehicles were manufactured, airbags would be necessary for the front seat. In the context of old vehicles, the Ministry has said that from August 31, 2021, it will be mandatory to install airbags with the front driver’s seat in the existing models as well. This step will ensure the safety of passengers in the event of an accident.

This will make the car expensive by Rs 5,000-8,000.

Industry experts believe that with the introduction of this rule and the addition of an additional airbag, the price of a small hatchback is expected to increase by Rs 5,000-8,000.

Why airbags are important?

Airbags in cars reduce the life of the driver and passenger sitting next to them in an accident. As soon as the car collides, they open like a balloon, and the people sitting in the car do not hit the dashboard or steering of the car and lose their lives.

how airbags work?

There is an impact sensor on the bumpers of the car. As soon as the vehicle collides with something, a small current gets into the airbag system with the help of the impact sensor, and the sodium azide gas inside the airbags is filled with that gas. The gas form comes into play before it is filled with some other form, such as the Impact Sensor sends the current, that thing is converted into gas.
