As a Harry Potter lover, it’s inevitable that at some point, you’d have come across some Marauders-related Tumblr post. This is just my view and should have no private bearing on what you like and dislike. But I simply do not enjoy the Marauders age all that much.
I don’t hate any of the Marauders-era characters, it’s just that I believe the backstory given from the Potter novels was sufficient, and certainly don’t want to visit a retread of Voldemort because the main villain and his increase. That is just me though! I prefer to view more of Dumbledore and Grindelwald’s proxy war against every other.
Crimes of Grindelwald certainly took a very dark turn; what with major personalities switching sides and pledging their allegiances. I’m very much interested to understand how that narrative progresses and there is a thing about the World War-era setting which intrigues me more than anything.
More Other Updates
For starters, now that we’re getting into the meat of the story, we’re gonna see how Newt’s character varies and not to mention, additional information on the Dumbledore-Grindelwald relationship, together with a whole lot of other cool new Wizarding civilizations.
I mean, it is cool to watch Hogwarts again however I’d like to be in small doses than the entirety of the movie happening at Hogwarts if y’all know what I mean.
As it stands, the third Fantastic Beasts will require us to Rio de Janerio and Berlin. And it’s a safe bet the Rio scenes will focus on the Newt-Dumbledore story as they attempt to violate the Blood Pact. On the other hand, the Berlin narrative makes more sense for Grindelwald and co (which currently regrettably includes Queenie and Credence.)
In any case, another installment is surely likely to be quite interesting, to see how it all pans out.
