Tommy Shelby was the leader of this gang who was a dangerous person. Chester Campbell, the Chief Inspector of that time, accepts the challenge of arresting him and putting an end to the activities done by his gang.

The filming of the series was very close to have a start but it could not because of the global pandemic.
According to the sources, the productions already did all the required preparations for the filming. The sets were built, the locations were finalized and booked, the cameras and lenses were tested and costumes were designed, etc.

FINALE SEASON 5:
The finale of season 5 had a very dark end. This is because it is shown that Polly Gray betrays Tommy Shelby. The reason behind this activity of Mrs. Gray can be found from the deleted scenes of the finale.
The scenes show that there were arguments about fascism in between Tommy and Polly. This made Polly resign from Shelby Company limited. She says that being a married woman, her husband suggests her to resign. This is because she cannot stay for long in a room with a man who uses fascism as a part of his strategy.

No announcements have been made regarding the release of season 6. But it is expected to release in the early months of 2021. From the sources, it can be found that the first episode of season 6 would be called ‘Black Day’.
Tommy is shown to have lost his mind after being betrayed by Polly. He has also been seen to kill himself in the same regard.
