The hit crime thriller The Blacklist season 8 is falling soon. It has been running since 2013 and is finishing its 150 episodes this year. After dropping season 7 in October 2019, NBC revived it for its eighth year in February this year.
The crime series is famous for its story, characters, and leadership and will return soon with its new season.
Let us dive into the latest upgrades on the Blacklist period.
Sad to say, the Blacklist season 8 launch date is yet to be declared. The season has only been revived this season, meaning production is going to start, but following the unexpected COVID-19, filming of this year didn’t begin, and it seems to take months more than its first launch.
In season, initial cast members will return. Megan Boone as Elizabeth, James Spader as Raymond, Diego Klattenhoff as Donald Reseller, Harry Lennix as Harold Cooper, will look. Besides them, new faces are also seen from the new season, but their identity remains in the dark. The character that makers affirmed is Laura Sohn, who will play FBI agent Alina Park.
The Blacklist season 8 storyline didn’t come into the light, however. As season 7 remains continuing, the narrative of the next year is hard to predict. But there isn’t any doubt that the upcoming season will bring more turns and twists and crime. Sony Pictures co-president, Chris Parnell, said that Blacklist would continue to bring all of the exciting and imaginative tales for its eighth year. And as the present season is ending shortly, we’re hoping to explore a whole lot in another season.
It’s closing shortly before set time because of a pandemic.
No preview has come out, as filming of this season has suspended. So fans might need to await the pandemic to end to have a glimpse of this crime collection.
