When is the release?
season 4’s release date isn’t known for now. This season the series is expected to return.
We anticipate a fall premiere of the show, which seems to be probably the exact moment.
The first two seasons were up in the third and April in June. So we had been anticipating a summer release. However, the production will start in March.
The summertime release does not seem to be in the cards.
What about the storyline?
Atwood based on the novel in the prior seasons. And it would appear that the same path will be followed by the following season. Back in September, Margaret Atwood released her next novel which is a follow-up called The Testaments.
The producer of the show said that the novel will be followed by The Handmaid’s Tale season 4. It is likely to revolve around the events described in the book.
