Early this season, Netflix dropped The Stranger and hooked the audience to devour the whole incident as soon as possible.
The series was with eight episodes on 30 January 2020. Each episode ends with a cliffhanger tempting viewers to watch an episode after another to get replies.
The narrative follows a 20-year-old mysterious girl who goes around threatening to reveal people’s darkest secrets if they do not cover her with cash.
With that which pieced together by the ending of year 1, can we still expect more?
The series discharge will, however, will be likely postponed as a consequence of the global pandemic drifting over the world. The Stranger season 2 could be relied upon to convey at the beginning of 2021.
It is still very early to tell. It’s also worth noting that the author’s not planning on bringing back the same casts, so that leaves us having a large blank space to meet. But we’re hoping that the narrative of this second season will still revolve around the stranger (Christine Killane), so there’s an opportunity that Hannah John-Kamen will return for the position.
The writers can always opt to create a spin-off narrative about every character, but till we get official announcements, everything is simply a guessing game.
There are two avenues that the series could take. First is come up with an entirely new cast and plot, or they can pull together existing threads in the preceding year.
Christine a.k.a”The Stranger” could go on locating a dwelling by exposing people’s secrets and destroying family ties.
It was also revealed in the previous season that Christine was, in fact, Adam’s unknown half-sister! This gives another possible jump-off stage for season two thirds that the authors opt to explore their personalities more.
Without any announcements regarding the renewal nevertheless, it remains impossible to tell. Trailers frequently release a month before a show’s premiere.
